Join us for the 2019 Nevada Press Association Convention and Awards Banquet at the Bristlecone Convention Center in historic Ely, Nevada on Saturday, Sept. 21.

You can register for the event in several different ways. You can register here and pay by check or credit card, or you can request an invoice to pay later. You may also pay by credit card by calling us at 775-885-0866. 

We’ll also be sending a convention schedule and registration form in the mail, in case you prefer to register that way.

Registration for the Hall of Fame Lunch and the Awards Banquet must be purchased separately. The price for each event is lower for Nevada Press Association members. (You are a member if you are employed by a member company. If you don’t know whether your company is an NPA member, feel free to email us at admin@nevadapress.com or call us at 775-885-0866.)

Registration will close on Sept. 19.

How to Pay Online

After you’ve selected the events you’ll be attending (below), you will be directed to a “Pay” screen where you can select the method. For credit cards or debit cards, select PayPal.

The next screen asks you to log into a PayPal account, or select the option to pay by credit or debit card.

There are no physical tickets. Once you get confirmation of your order, you will be registered for the event. Sorry, we cannot provide refunds for any cancellations less than 7 days before the event.

8:30 a.m. — NPA Board of Directors Meeting
11:00 a.m. — Annual Membership Meeting
12:30 p.m. — Hall of Fame Luncheon (sponsored by Las Vegas Review-Journal)
2 p.m. — Program: “The Stories We Tell”
6 p.m. — Cocktail Reception (hosted by Nevada Legal News)
6:30 p.m — Better Newspaper and Magazine Awards Banquet (sponsored by The Ely Times / Battle Born Media)

Please note: Individuals are considered NPA members if they are employed by an NPA-member company. Guests who plan to attend the conference should be registered according to the membership status of their host.
