Nevada Press Foundation Announces Call for Hall of Fame Nominations

The Nevada Press Foundation is now accepting nominations for the Nevada Press Foundation Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

The Hall of Fame honors individuals who have made significant and lasting contributions to journalism in Nevada—those whose work has strengthened the profession, served their communities, and upheld the principles of a free and independent press.

📅 Nomination Deadline: May 31, 2026
📍 Induction Ceremony: September 26, 2026 – Las Vegas (Nevada Press Convention)


What Makes a Strong Nomination

This is more than a name submission.

Strong nominations should:

  • Clearly tell the story of the nominee’s impact
  • Highlight career accomplishments, leadership, and influence
  • Demonstrate long-term contributions to Nevada journalism
  • Include specific examples and measurable impact
  • Provide supporting materials when available (articles, awards, testimonials)

The most effective nominations build a compelling case for induction.
