No good reason to oppose charter school
This editorial stood out because it addressed an issue that seemed very relevant to local readers, and also because it was one of the few entries that didn’t deal with open government laws. We all champion those laws, and for good reason, but it was refreshing to see an editorial in this category that didn’t make newspapers ‘part of the story.’ The final call to action was only three words as well, and if I didn’t love the editorial until that point, I definitely fell head over heels for it then. Great local opinion writing!
